Extra Large and Giant Dogs (over 70cm from the shoulder to the ground) will
need to be quoted on a case by case basis.
Please note that if your dog is excessively matted an additional charge will apply.
Removing matting is very painful for the dog and can damage our equipment. It is important to maintain
brushing of your dog between grooming sessions to reduce the risk of matting and to maintain skin and
coat health of your dog.
Please also note that if your dog has any fleas evident we will undertake a fleas shampoo treatment
which will be charged at an additional $5. We can also provide additional skin treatments (ie Malaseb)
generally at a rate of $5 – depending on the size of the dog.
Puppies are charged at 10% discount off the adult rate for their breed until 6 months old, then no discount.
